Unreal. The owners are super sweet. If you walk in at the right time you may catch the wife playing piano. Cool art. Great crust. Super reasonable prices. The perfect amount of toppings. Its just such a hidden gem that I am so grateful to have as my neighborhood pizza spot.

Great pizza at reasonable prices, with amazing service. I have never been to a small pizzeria with the service I've gotten here. Before sitting down to eat, our table was cleaned off, and we were asked if we needed anything else. The taste of the pizza alone is enough to get me to come back, but the service was even better. The pizza is super thin crust with cheese that stretches as you pull each slice out. I'd compare it to New York style pizza.

This place is more than just a pizza place. If you are able to sit and chat with the owner of the place, youre in for an experience of laughs and and the feeling like family!He and his family working create incredible "edible art" as I call it, beautiful and tasty! Youre going in on full flavour, no matter what you pick! Everything on the pizza is placed there with intent, so changing anything on the pizza itself may ruin the whole vibe he intended for.Just as a forewarning though, I will say picky eaters will have a hard time finding something, this is a true Italian experience, not the americanized pizza you find elsewhere.I highly recommend everyone tries this place, at least once!!

I get good food takes time, I am actually ok with being told 45 to 50 minutes, but when I am told 30 and have to wait another 20 I am let down. Flavors were ok, pasta was burnt in a couple spots on the bottom, but did not negatively effect taste, see picture. Taste is subjective so for me it was just missing something, where my kiddo said best crust he has had. Little on the expensive side in our opinion also.
UPDATE:Knowing that they are take-out only. This evening I ordered a 14" Meat Lovers. The staff was friendly and professional.I went to a spot overlooking the city core to have supper.The crust was the best I have ever had in a pizza. The filling was nice and hot and full of flavor.Both my friend and I found the pizza to be the best pizza we have tasted. We have had pizza at a number of Calgary establishments.Without a doubt we were both really impressed with the quality and taste.I just had a couple of pieces and I was full.I would recommend Bow Tie Pizza hands down the best I have had in a very long time.Heated up a left over slice for lunch the next day. Just as good as when I eat it the first time. Still have pieces and I am pretty sure they will be just as good.I would have no problem recommending there pizza.I am removing the rest of this post as it was an error on Google web site that incorrectly stated the centre street store had dine in.This has since been corrected to show take out only.
We love pizza from Bow Tie and order from the Center Street location 1-2 times a month. The guys here are always happy and friendly when we pick up, and the delivery staff is just as pleasant when we order in.Fresh, high quality ingredients, and all the pizzas are absolutely worth the price. Their new home made cheese cake is one of the best, lightest we have ever had. Keep it up Jeremy.
Ordered the Mother of Dragons pizza. Great crust and just the right amount of toppings. Premium price but you definitely get what you pay for. Looking forward to trying another one of their signature pizzas
I had full intentions of taking more pictures but I got too excited and ate it!I started going here because they have dairy free cheese (at no extra charge) and have been so happy with the quality of the pizza.The garlic bread is delicious. I counter this guilty pleasure with the veg wedge with added spinach. Its so good! The crust is thin but the pizza is deep and really juicy.Finally found my new go-to pizza place! The service is also great. Good experience all around.

Really great pizza / dinner option for dietary restrictions. I personally don’t have any restrictions and the gluten free crust didn’t bother me at all! My dinner partner has dairy and gluten restrictions, and there were so many options, which was nice. Ingredients were really fresh and many veggie picks made it hard to choose. Would like to see more variety in the meat options on the menu and seating in the winter is a little cramped. They only have a few tables inside.
Amazing gluten free pizza, and awesome staff! The topping proportions/distribution were also really good. ONE (MAYBE) IMPORTANT NOTE: it's a tiny place for dining in! It could maybe sit about 10 people MAX! They have patio seating in the nicer months though. I'll definitely be back, what a treat. 🤗
This place exceeded our expectations, fantastic tasting pizzas! Our gluten free crust is the best we have ever eaten, the staff was so friendly and patient with all our questions regarding our food sensitivity. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Calgary 💙
Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. The crust is fantastic and the flavors are so yummy. Can't remember the names of our pizzas, sorry. The service was wonderful and as it was our first time they explained the gluten free menu and how anything could be made vegan as well. It was a very pleasant meal. I recommend.
