Karon Kaminski and Cindy Teamer, both with ties to Windsor, Ont., and now living in Florida, are in inland communities that aren’t expected to experience the worst of Hurricane Milton, but they’re still taking plenty of precautions as it’s expected to strike with force by as early as Wednesday.
