Thousands of migrant children remain homeless on Ceuta’s streets a month after a surge to the northern enclave’s border.
Ikram, 17, traveled from Fnideq at the end of July as an estimated 80,000 Moroccans and migrants from countries further south moved toward Ceuta in hopes of crossing into Spain. For a short time, the move offered her a sense of relief, but she has since become homeless in the Spanish enclave.
